Citi Cash Pest & Termite SMS Messaging Program Terms
- Program Description
Citi Cash Pest & Termite offers an SMS messaging program for customer account notifications, appointment and service notifications, technician arrival information, scheduling communications, billing and account communications, and other customer service messages.
- Marketing Messages
Customers who separately opt in to marketing communications may also receive promotional messages regarding Citi Cash Pest & Termite services, discounts, seasonal offers, and other promotions. Marketing consent is separate from transactional or informational SMS consent.
- Opt Out and Rejoin
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS subscription unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or provide consent again.
